I’ve lost 8 kg in 12 days, I’m just concerned that I’m losing too much too quickly . I will say I haven’t followed the guide exactly (not using Whey protein shakes, but one that is sold in cans in work “Weiner Bodyshakes”). I’m not sticking perfectly to the listed foods (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
